Many Americans do not know what the Embassy can do for them, in cases of emegency or just for those day to day things like voting, help with passports and getting documents notarized.

The Embassy website now has a series of video clips (in Windows Media format) in which André Goodfriend, former Chief of American Citizen Services at the United States Embassy in London talks about the function and types of services offered to American citizens.
