The US Embassy in London and the Federal Voting Assistance Program (FVAP) are hosting a live Question and Answer session tomorrow, Thursday August 27, from 2pm. The Q&A session is designed to help overseas Americans with any questions they have about registering to vote and submitting ballot papers from abroad for the 2020 US Elections.
The event is taking place via Facebook Live. You can tune in by going to the FVAP London Facebook page, at https://www.facebook.com/fvap.london.ambassador/.
You should be able to watch the Q&A without needing to register or log in to your Facebook account, although if you'd like to ask a question, you'll need an account to participate.
According to the FVAP, the event will also offer tips and important reminders about the process, so whether this is your first election voting from abroad, or you've voted before, it's a great opportunity to learn the basics to make sure your vote counts this November.
For more details on the FVAP, go to www.fvap.gov, or you can find further information on the Q&A via the US Embassy London
