What British channels, radio stations and other platforms are presenting coverage as the results come in?

As America goes to the polls, it'll soon be time for the all important results. But you don't need to be in the US to watch all the coverage - in the UK there are lots of ways to follow everything that's going on and find the latest results, analysis, insights and reactions.
