Experience a tour of this busy working building with a history going back almost 1,000 years and hear tales of royalty, politicians, protests, trials, fires and much more. Along the way you will see some magnificent art and architecture – from medieval to Victorian to surprisingly contemporary.

Tours include the House of Commons, House of Lords and Westminster Hall. From the steps of Westminster Hall, Barack Obama addressed members of both Houses during a state visit. To win a family ticket to tour the Houses of Parliament, just answer this simple question about President Obama's address.

• For a self-guided tour, one child normally goes free with each paying adult.
• Tours are available every Saturday and weekdays throughout August, subject to availability.
• Tours may occasionally have to be changed or cancelled at short notice because of parliamentary business.
• The winner must redeem the tickets by March 31, 2020.
• This prize is not exchangeable for cash.
