ReDiscover Video Spotlights Cambridge American Cemetery

In December 2020, the American Battle Monuments Commission (ABMC) launched a new series of videos, offering an insight into the many cemeteries and monuments that the organization is responsible for managing and safeguarding.

The campaign, titled ReDiscover, has so far seen the ABMC highlighting the Manila American Cemetery, the Honolulu Memorial, the Sicily-Rome American Cemetery, the Florence Cemetery, the Luxembourg American Cemetery, the Netherlands American Cemetery, the Henri-Chappelle American Cemetery, the Epinal American Cemetery, the Mexico City National Cemetery, the Lorraine American Cemetery, the Corozal American Cemetery and the Meuse-Argonne American Cemetery.

Now, ABMC has released its video on the Cambridge American Cemetery in the UK, with a further video soon to be available on the organization's other cemetery in the UK at Brookwood, Surrey.

With lockdowns in many nations causing ABMC cemeteries to close to members of the public, the video series is offering an opportunity to look at the history and the features of ABMC sites around the world, highlighting the important ongoing work of honoring those Americans who have lost their lives while serving their country.
