Democrats Abroad, the organization for members of the Democratic Party who are living overseas, has published details on how members can vote in the party's Global Presidential Primary (GPP) to select the 2020 Democratic Candidate for US President.
Early voting for the GPP begins February 18, which is when ballots will arrive by email from Democrats Abroad. Unlike surveys or polls, this is an official primary to select delegates to the Democratic National convention in July. If you are an overseas American and would like to sign up to receive a ballot, head over to the Democrats Abroad membership page - www.democratsabroad.org/join.
For those who would prefer to vote in person, voting centers have been planned across the UK for the GPP. Details are below, but if you need further information, do e-mail gpp2020@democratsabroad.org.uk
