The structural completion of two twinned buildings containing 894 new rental properties, next to the US Embassy in London's Nine Elms, has been celebrated with a topping out ceremony.

The area has been popular with Americans who want to purchase apartments near the embassy, which moved south of the River Thames from Mayfair in 2016. Now it is possible to rent in the prestigeous new area. Plots B and D at Nine Elms Parkside have been purposefully designed for rent and will welcome new residents over an 18-month period from Spring 2022.

The development features a mix of apartments ranging from studios up to three-bedroom properties and penthouses. They are pet friendly and available with flexible lease options and, particularly useful for newcomer expats, furnishing options. Each has its own private balcony, winter garden or terrace and access to onsite amenities.

Each of the 10 to 17 story buildings features 12,500 sq ft of amenity space with a rooftop swimming pool, gym, pet spa, children’s play space, private dining rooms, cinema rooms and a sky lounge. There are two large outdoor terraces, yoga gardens and community herb gardens complete with beehives. The buildings will also include 25,000 sq ft of space for shops, restaurants, and community use.
