The International Pancake Day race winners have been named as Katie Godof, her third win (2018, 2020, 2022), with a time of 66 seconds for Olney and Whitney Hay, winning for a second straight year, with a time of 69 seconds for Liberal, Kansas.
This means Olney won the International race this year, the first win since 2016.
Well done to all the participants and congratulations to Katie Godof and Whitney Hay and we are already looking forward to the rematch next pancake day!
