In 2022, an estimated 4.4 million U.S. citizens lived abroad, and about 2.8 million of them were 18 or older and eligible to vote in U.S. federal elections according to the FVAP.
Former President Donald Trump said Wednesday (October 9) he supports the end of double taxation
for Americans who live overseas, according to multiple outlets, marking his latest tax cut proposal in the leadup to the election.
His statement:
