Register all your Democratic friends with SwipeBlue

For Democrats, SwipeBlue is a new free app which matches your phone contacts to the voter file to show you who is and isn’t registered. When you swipe left (Blue), a text message appears which you can send to them to encourage them to register, vote or take other actions. SwipeBlue doesn’t store numbers from your phone or add them to any list and it doesn’t send any messages to your contacts. All texts are sent by you using your own messaging apps on your phone.

Please note: SwipeBlue currently only works with and for people who have US phone numbers.

If you aren’t a Democrat, or just want to sort out your own vote, Vote from Abroad provides every US citizen abroad, no matter their political leanings, with the information and tools needed to vote, and you can message their team on their website to make the process easier for you.
